[Guide to cancellation and change regulations for Chiang Mai golf course rounds and golftels during the winter peak season (November to March) - 24/25 season]
During the winter peak season, free cancellation is possible up to 30 days in advance and free changes are possible up to 3 days in advance.
- Winter peak season: November 1 ~ March 31
- For example, based on check-in on December 25, cancellation is possible only until 18:00 on November 25 (based on Korean time)
- Adding people is not subject to the regulations, but decreasing people follows the cancellation regulations above.
- We will request the golf course to change the date/time without any fees as much as possible.

[24-25 Winter Peak Season Golf Course Guide]
- Period: November 1, 2024 ~ March 31, 2025
1) Lunch is included in the green fee. (10:30~14:30) (Limited to round reservations / Lunch is not included when reserving a golftel.)
　- The included lunch is served as a buffet in the clubhouse.
　- For morning tee-offs, you can eat after the round, and for afternoon tee-offs, you can eat before the round.
2) Lunch is not included in the golftel.
3) The golftel fee is slightly cheaper than the round fee.
4) If you play an additional 9-hole round after playing an 18-hole round, it starts at 15:00.

[Club Rental]
- Since the club rental price varies depending on the club brand and model, you can pay on-site after selecting the club on-site.
- The club rental cost provided on the product page is the average price.
- When renting 36 holes, you can pay the 18-hole cost twice.
 

[Gallery]
- You can request a gallery in advance, but you must pay the gallery fee on-site.
- Based on the off-season (April to October), the gallery is 600 baht and can be used by sharing a cart. (The price may change from the peak season.)
- You can check the request for adding a gallery on the reservation confirmation.

- Caddy requests are not available at Chiang Mai Golf Course

[Golftel]
- When using Golftel, all rooms can accommodate 3 people by adding an extra bed.
- You can use a cart to move to the golf course, and you can use it by directly requesting it at the accommodation after check-in.
- You can only make a reservation for the Golftel 18-hole product, and if you want an additional 18-hole round, you must make a separate reservation for the golf round.
 

Sports Day (Wed) is only applicable to Thai Residence.

- Alpine Golf Resort Chiang Mai (formerly Lamphun Golf Club) is located on a hillside in the countryside, approximately 1 hour drive from Chiang Mai city towards San Kamphaeng. 
Renovated in 2008 and reopened in November 
It covers approximately 217,800 square meters and is located in the San Kamphaeng Natural Recreation Forest in the middle of a valley and mountain range. 
One of the best golf courses recommended in Chiang Mai.

In the case of 27-hole golftel, 18 holes can be played during the tee-off time, but the remaining 9 holes are played on standby, so please note.
Wi-Fi is provided in the guest rooms.
There are no connecting rooms.

You can reserve a paid vehicle to the airport or Chiang Mai city.
800 Baht one way / 1,500 Baht round trip.

Breakfast is served buffet-style during peak season (October to March) and order-style during off-peak season (April to September).
This is an approximate period, and depending on the number of users, it may be served order-style or buffet-style regardless of off-peak/peak season.
* It is said that the clubhouse or restaurant in Alpine Chiang Mai Golf Course does not accept GLN payments and only accepts QR scans.
In the case of QR scan payments, it is a QR issued by a Thai bank, so it is usually difficult for Koreans to make QR payments. (As of March 2025)

Dress code

- Round tees, soccer jerseys, board shirts, jeans, and shorts are not allowed.

- Knee-length shorts are allowed.

 

Caddy Tips

- Golf courses in Thailand require a separate caddy tip from the caddy fee.

- Caddy tips vary slightly depending on the golf course, but are usually around 400-500 baht per 18 holes.

- When a guest personally designates a caddy, it is recommended to pay at least 500 baht per 18 holes.

- Caddy tips can be paid directly to the caddy after the round.

Gallery Rules

- The gallery fee is 600 baht during the off-season (April to October) and can be shared with a cart.
  (The price will change during the peak season)
- You must pay on site.

Rain Check RulesPassing rain or light rain will not count as a rain check.
20 minutes is considered play time. If the course is declared unplayable after this time, a rain check will be issued.
1. No cash refunds will be issued once play has begun.
2. Rain checks are valid for green fees only. There will be no refunds or rain checks for caddies, golf carts, or any rental fees. (Rain check credits will not be issued to short-term travelers.)

1~2 person round rules

- When making a reservation for 1~2 people, you may be joined depending on the on-site situation. It will be decided as a solo round or a join round based on the      starter's judgment on the day. If you have to play as a join, it may take time to wait for the join team. Even if you pay the fee for 3 people, solo play for 2 people is      not guaranteed.

- Outside drinks and food are not allowed to be brought into the field. Please refrain from bringing them in as it may cause inconvenience if caught.
