Important Notice

[When canceling a reservation at Golftel Resort]
(In accordance with the Fair Trade Commission's Consumer Dispute Resolution Notice (March 2014), the cancellation fee is charged as follows.)
If notified 20 days before the start of travel (29~20) - 10% of the travel fee will be compensated
If notified 10 days before the start of travel (19~10) - 15% of the travel fee will be compensated
If notified 8 days before the start of travel (9~8) - 20% of the travel fee will be compensated
If notified 1 day before the start of travel (7~1) - 30% of the travel fee will be compensated
If notified on the day of travel - 50% of the travel fee will be compensated

Course information

Atittaya Chiang Mai is the most recently completed golf course (opened in 2009) located about 40km from Chiang Mai Airport. It is divided into the Gold Course, Canyon Course, and Mugunghwa Course. It is a course that anyone with a level of experience can enjoy, but each course has its own characteristics, requiring detailed strategies from golfers. It is a golf course with a total length of 10,350 yards designed to be able to hold championship competitions where you can enjoy adventure and challenge.

- When you arrive, present your voucher and check in according to the instructions of the staff.
After the round, you can request to check out after dinner, but you will be informed on-site according to the room situation.
You can proceed according to the instructions of the resident staff.

* When using Golftel, breakfast is available from 6:30 am.
Breakfast is served buffet-style during peak season (October to March) and order-style during off-peak season (April to September).
This is an approximate period, and depending on the number of users, it may be served order-style or buffet-style regardless of off-peak/peak season.
* It is said that the clubhouse or restaurant in Alpine Chiang Mai Golf Course does not accept GLN payments and only accepts QR scans.
In the case of QR scan payments, it is a QR issued by a Thai bank, so it is usually difficult for Koreans to make QR payments. (As of March 2025)

Additional Information/Notes

Dress code

- Round tees, soccer jerseys, board shirts, jeans, and shorts are not allowed.

- Knee-length shorts are allowed.

 

Caddy Tips

- Golf courses in Thailand require a separate caddy tip from the caddy fee.

- Caddy tips vary slightly depending on the golf course, but are usually around 400-500 baht per 18 holes.

- When a guest personally designates a caddy, it is recommended to pay at least 500 baht per 18 holes.

- Caddy tips can be paid directly to the caddy after the round.

Gallery Rules

The gallery fee is 500 baht during the off-season (April to October) and can be shared with a cart. (Prices may vary during the peak season)

Rain Check RulesPassing rain or light rain will not count as a rain check.
20 minutes is considered play time. If the course is declared unplayable after this time, a rain check will be issued.
1. No cash refunds will be issued once play has begun.
2. Rain checks are valid for green fees only. There will be no refunds or rain checks for caddies, golf carts, or any rental fees. (Rain check credits will not be issued to short-term travelers.)

1~2 person round rules

- When making a reservation for 1~2 people, you may be joined depending on the on-site situation. It will be decided as a solo round or a join round based on the      starter's judgment on the day. If you have to play as a join, it may take time to wait for the join team. Even if you pay the fee for 3 people, solo play for 2 people is      not guaranteed.

- Outside drinks and food are not allowed to be brought into the field. Please refrain from bringing them in as it may cause inconvenience if caught.
