[Guide to cancellation and change regulations for all golf courses and golftels in Chiang Mai during the winter peak season (November to March) - 24/25 season]
During the winter peak season, free cancellation is possible up to 21 days in advance and free changes are possible up to 3 days in advance.
- Winter peak season: November 1 ~ March 31
- For example, based on check-in on December 25, cancellation is possible only until 18:00 on December 4 (based on Korean time)
- Adding people is not subject to the regulations, but decreasing people follows the cancellation regulations above.
- We will request the golf course to change the date/time without any fees as much as possible.

[Winter peak season information]
- Rounding is not possible when bringing in outside food and drinks.
 

[Off-season information]
- During the off-season (April to October), due to the rainy season, the starter on the day may check whether carts can enter the fairway.
 

[Club rental]
- Since the price of club rental varies depending on the club brand and model, you can pay on-site after selecting the club.
- The club rental cost provided on the product page is the average price.
- When renting 36 holes, you will pay the 18-hole cost twice.

- Gallery requests can be made in advance, but gallery fees must be paid on site.

Located east of Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Highlands Golf & Spa Resort features a magnificent 27-hole championship golf course, offering golfers the added pleasure of magnificent mountain views on every hole. Designed by architect Schmidt-Curley Golf Design, Chiang Mai Highlands was initially heralded as one of the best new courses in Asia by Asian Golf Monthly and is currently ranked as one of the top 10 courses to play in Thailand. It has since won many awards, including being nominated for Asia’s Best Golf Resort at the 2015 Asian Golf Awards.​

With 19 private resort villas, a spa, condominiums and stylish residential developments, Chiang Mai Highlands has become the premier golfing destination in Northern Thailand. ​Location
- Chiang Mai Highlands Golf Course is located about 30 minutes east of downtown Chiang Mai, near the San Kamphaeng Hot Springs. The golf course, designed    by Vichai Samakoses and Lee Schmidt, is built on the hermitage of the famous monk Kuba Sivichai’s ‘power spot’ at Doi Suthep Temple.

Dress code

- Round tees, soccer jerseys, board shirts, jeans, and shorts are not allowed.

- Knee-length shorts are allowed.

Caddy Tips

- Golf courses in Thailand require a separate caddy tip from the caddy fee.

- Caddy tips vary slightly depending on the golf course, but are usually around 400-500 baht per 18 holes.

- When a guest personally designates a caddy, it is recommended to pay at least 500 baht per 18 holes.

- Caddy tips can be paid directly to the caddy after the round.

Rain Check RulesPassing rain or light rain will not count as a rain check.
20 minutes is considered play time. If the course is declared unplayable after this time, a rain check will be issued.
1. No cash refunds will be issued once play has begun.
2. Rain checks are valid for green fees only. There will be no refunds or rain checks for caddies, golf carts, or any rental fees. (Rain check credits will not be issued to short-term travelers.)

1~2 person round rules

- When making a reservation for 1~2 people, you may be joined depending on the on-site situation. It will be decided as a solo round or a join round based on the      starter's judgment on the day. If you have to play as a join, it may take time to wait for the join team. Even if you pay the fee for 3 people, solo play for 2 people is      not guaranteed.

- Outside drinks and food are not allowed to be brought into the field. Please refrain from bringing them in as it may cause inconvenience if caught.
