**Safety belt Under

Thai law, it is mandatory for all passengers to wear seat belts when using a vehicle for safety reasons (minimum fine of 5,000 baht).

-The price is per vehicle

-An additional charge of 100 baht per hour after 22:30 based on the driver's meeting time.

-Additional charge of 100 baht for Nai Harn and Rawai areas

​-Recommended to use airport taxis in Mai Khao and Naiyang areas.

Air Port Pick Up Caution

**Reservation date for early morning flight**

Since the flight arrives early in the morning, even if the actual pick-up service date is the next day (+1 day), the reservation must be made based on the flight boarding date. Devils is not responsible for any problems with reservations made on the wrong date.

**Meeting Location**

International flights: In front of gates 3 to 4 of the new airport Domestic flights: Exit the terminal building and immediately in front of Gate 2 (Sometimes, even for domestic flights, new airports are used, but this is a problem because when you check in advance at the airport, the information may be different from the actual one. Once you leave the building, call the emergency phone and tell us your location. We will forward this to the vehicle company and take immediate action.)
※ When picking up at the airport, reservations are made by flight number, and taking into account the time for baggage claim and immigration procedures, waiting starts 20 minutes after the flight arrival time, and lasts until 1 hour and 20 minutes after the flight arrival time. The driver is waiting. If 1 hour and 20 minutes have passed since landing, you must contact Devil's Divers in advance. In this case, it is recommended to give a little extra tip to the drivers who waited for a long time. (A tip of 200 baht is appropriate for the night pickup driver)

 

**Delay/Cancellation**

If pick-up is not possible due to a flight cancellation on the same day or a delay of more than 1 hour and 20 minutes from the original flight arrival time, the vehicle company will also not recognize personal circumstances. Please note that this will be a no-show and no refunds will be provided.


**Precautions when using pick-up service in Phuket, Thailand**

Pick-up vehicle service in Thailand is operated by a vehicle service company with Thai owners. The hired driver was also Thai, and the service standards were also Thai standards, not the service centered on the kindness of our country. We provide services by fulfilling only what is objectively requested. Accordingly, when a subjective complaint is made that is not clearly due to the driver's negligence, it is not accepted by the company in most cases. Below are examples of what is considered a complaint and what is not.

**Reservation time

It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before flight departure. The pick-up time must be determined by the customer. Regarding problems arising from late arrival due to special road conditions on the day, ​Devils cannot take responsibility.

01. Reservation time

Please indicate the time as 24 hours. Please note that the same minimum regulations apply to issues issued with incorrect information.

 

02. Number

of people Boarding other than the number of people who made a reservation is not allowed. If there are more than 4 people including infants, you must reserve a van.

 

03.Seat belt

Under Thai law, it is mandatory for all passengers to wear seat belts when using a vehicle for safety reasons. Please be sure to wear your seat belt when boarding the vehicle. (The minimum fine for not wearing a seat belt is 5,000 baht and must be borne by the customer)

 

04.Tips

Tips paid to the driver are non-refundable. Even if you pay a larger tip than expected due to misunderstanding the currency unit of baht or dollar, this is 100% your fault. Refunds are not possible. Be sure to look at the currency carefully before tipping. All tips belong to the driver and Devils has no involvement. Also, any money you give to the driver is considered a tip, so if you have money to pay to the driver, (Additional charges for city tours, etc.) Please be sure to contact Devils in advance.


05.Insurance

Accidents while using a vehicle are only covered by local insurance in Thailand. Thai local insurance can only cover hospital expenses in Thailand.

 

06.Upgrade

For Devils customers only, even if you make a reservation by car, sometimes it is free of charge, depending on the availability of vehicles on the day. We are upgrading (passenger cars and vans).

 

07.Luggage (bag, valuables)

Luggage can be stored in the vehicle, but loss of valuables, etc., is your responsibility and Devils is not responsible. (It is impossible to prove whether it was actually lost in the vehicle or a mistake made by the customer. Also, in case of theft, valuables must be taken away. ​Please keep it with you personally, and make sure to lock the suitcase.)
